Certified Consulting
As energy consultants, we are authorized by BAFA to carry out energy audits in accordance with DIN 16247. We are also certified as internal auditors for energy management systems in accordance with DIN 50001. This allows us to carry out a well-founded energy assessment for our customers, as required by the Energy Efficiency Act EnEfG or the Energy Services Act EDL-G.
Decarbonization of heat supply
We apply Pinch analysis to analyze the potential for the decarbonization of the heat supply in a structured manner. Based on this we target to identify process modifications that lead to CO2-free system operation.
Process systems are heat cascades into which heat is fed at high temperatures and from which waste heat is released at different temperatures. The decarbonization of the heat supply of process plants can be achieved if the temperature of waste heat is increased and reused in the process and the remaining, unavoidable heat supply is electrified at high temperatures.
