Optimization of an NH3 compressor control system
Through the analysis of performance data from NH3 compressors and comparison with the plant control system, annual energy cost savings of over €100,000 were identified. These savings can be achieved solely through adjustments to the control logic.
Optimization of energy supply for a medium-sized enterprise
The implementation of an integrated energy supply system, combining a gas boiler, a heat pump, and photovoltaic panels, has resulted in a remarkable energy cost reduction of approximately 40% at the site. By strategically harnessing these complementary technologies, our client achieved substantial savings while ensuring a sustainable and efficient heat supply.
Pinch analysis for several rubber producing plants
Identification of energy-saving potential exceeding 30% in several large-scale rubber manufacturing facilities through heat flow analysis. By analyzing performance data and comparing it with the plant control system, these substantial savings were pinpointed. The resulting project measures could be realized with a remarkable short amortization period of 2-3 years.
Acquisition of funding for enhancing the energy efficiency of a polycarbonate plant
Securing a total of €1.5 million in funding from various programs. The application was made in two stages for multiple projects.
